SHIPPING – THROUGHOUT USA 

For all orders within the USA we offer either standard ground shipping or UPS. Although the shipping price is higher with UPS, there is guarantee that your package/s will arrive in a timelier manner. UPS is now an option at checkout.

 

PRODUCTS

Songline of the Heart by Shelley Darling can be now purchased from our website. 

Within the US shipping cost is $3.25.

For international shipping, you may order directly through Barnes and Noble or Amazon and are subject to the respective outlets’ shipping and returns policies. 

 

Co-Creative Dowsing Rods in a Wooden Case and Earth Cures will be shipped by UPS. Shipping costs: $11.00

 

Global GlassScapes 

Shipping in the US is a flat rate of $130.00 for 5’ large custom sculpture orders.

Free shipping in the US for all the Suncatchers.

 

ISEE 

Shipping in the US is a flat rate of $35.00

 

Memon

Shipping in the US is a flat rate of $25.00

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Please note that shipping costs are added to all international orders at the time of shipping. For further information on international shipping fees please contact Evolutionary Dowsing directly: connect[at]evolutionarydowsing.com. Any assessed duties or local taxes are the responsibility of the receiver. 

 

SHIPPING TIMES

GROUND SHIPPING: Book orders are shipped within 3-5 business days. Dowsing Rods and Earth Cures are shipped 7-10 business days. ISEE and Memon products (in stock) are shipped 7-10 business days.

 

EXPRESS ORDERS: Overnight Express orders are shipped out the same day if received by 2pm ET. 

 

HOW DO I KNOW THAT MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?

You will receive a shipment notification email once your order has shipped with your invoice. All orders other than books will have shipping cost added at time of shipping. The email you receive will contain the tracking information as well as a link to track your package online.

 

Presently, due to COVID disruption, shipping is taking much longer than usual. We can’t guarantee postage arrival times and we request your patience.

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

 

TO REQUEST A RETURN

We are happy to return undamaged items within 30 days. To submit a request for a refund for an item that was damaged please reach out to us by emailing Evolutionary Dowsing. We will respond within 48 hours. Please make sure your item is returned within our 30-Day Return Policy period for a full refund, minus shipping, and handling.

 

TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE

To exchange an item please email connect[@]evolutionarydowsing.com. We will respond within 48 hours. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase to be eligible.

 

HOW SHOULD I SHIP MY RETURN?

Make sure to list your customer information, the items being returned and place all items in their original packaging into a secure box or envelope mailer and post to us. Any concerns with Global GlassScapes will need to be directly put in contact with Global GlassScapes for returns.

 

PROCESSING RETURNS

Once we’ve received your item, we will inspect it and notify you by email that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

 

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a period of 21 days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

 

WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE REFUNDED?

Transit time back to our warehouse may take up to 10 business days (domestic) and international post will take longer. You will receive an email once your return has been received & processed. Once your return is processed, please allow up to 2 weeks for your refund to appear on your bank account (depending on your financial institution).

 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)

If you haven’t received your refund, first check your bank account. Then contact your bank or credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact connect[@]evolutionarydowsing.com. 

 

SHIPPING FOR PRODUCTS EXCHANGED

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, with the exemption of faulty goods.

 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach

you, may vary. You must use a trackable shipping service and sign on delivery. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item otherwise.

 

Again, we request your patience for the protracted shipping times due to COVID disruptions. We thank you for your understanding.
